Currently, Yeti Cycles ships to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO, and Canada. We ship using UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air and Ground within the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped either by UPS 2nd Air or next Day Air. Orders shipping to APO/FPO use USPS Standard shipping. All orders to Canada use USPS Express International shipping.

Orders placed before 3 p.m. GMT Mountain Time will be processed the same day.

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card processing. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.

Ground shipping (1 - 5 business days)

Your order should arrive within 1 to 5 business days after it ships. See the UPS ground shipping map to the right for the estimated arrival date to your region. Standard shipping cannot be used for Alaska and Hawaii ship to locations, both these locations require 2nd day air shipping.

3 Day shipping (3 business days)

• 3 Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States.
• Orders placed by 3 p.m. GMT Mountain Time Monday through Tuesday will ship that day and will arrive three business days later.
• Orders placed by 3 p.m. GMT Mountain Time Wednesday will ship that day and will arrive Monday.
• Orders placed by 3 p.m. GMT Mountain Time Thursday will ship that day and will arrive Tuesday.
• Orders placed by 3 p.m. GMT Mountain Time Friday will ship that day and will arrive Wednesday.

*All order placed after 3 p.m. GMT Mountain Time will ship the following day.

2nd Day shipping (2 business days)

• 2nd Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States.
• Orders placed by 3 p.m. GMT Mountain Time Monday through Wednesday will ship that day and will arrive two business days later.
• Orders placed by 3 p.m. GMT Mountain Time Thursday will ship that day and will arrive Monday.
• Orders placed by 3 p.m. GMT Mountain Time Friday will ship that day and will arrive Tuesday.

*All order placed after 3 p.m. GMT Mountain Time will ship the following day.

Next Day Air shipping (1 business day)

• Next Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States.
• Orders placed by 3 p.m. GMT Mountain Time Monday through Thursday will ship that day to arrive the next business day.
• Orders placed anytime on Friday will arrive Monday.

USPS Parcel Post (2 - 9 business days)

Your order should arrive within 2 to 9 business days after it ships. USPS shipping is only used by Yeti for APO/FPO address.

USPS Express International (5 - 9 business days)

All Canadian orders will be shipped USPS Express International.

Order History & Tracking

When your package ships at the end of day, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your UPS tracking number.

You can also track your package through your Yeti Account. Log-in to your account, click the order details button next to the order you want to track, then click the tracking number link. This will send you to the preferred shipper’s website with your tracking info.
