To return or exchange yeticycles.com purchases, please download and complete the Return or Exchange Form. The Return or Exchange Form will serve as your receipt. Shipping is not refunded.

Return or Exchange Form Instructions:

1. Download the PDF Return or Exchange form.
2. Fill out the Customer Information in Step 1. The Order# is listed on the top right of your Packing List (Sales Order Number: 000000)
3. In Step 2 indicate whether you are returning the item for a refund or need to exchange the item.
4. For returns, the original credit card will be credited. If the exchange is more than the original item price indicate the card to be charged the difference in the Payment Method box on the lower right corner of the form.
5. For exchanges, fill out Step 4 to indicate the new items. Canadian exchanges will be charged shipping at the standard rate.
6. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the Return or Exchange form. Cut out and attach the shipping label provided on your form. Mail all returns and exchanges to:

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Yeti Cycles is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchange Turnaround

All exchanges will ship shipped back by UPS ground, at no additional cost. If a refund if desired the credit card used for the purchase will be refunded with 1-2 business days, after receiving the returned item.
